Today I chatted with @Dudieboy aka Dan Birlew, who is the critically acclaimed and prolific author of more then 60 official strategy guides for video games.
I Twove his Twitter bio: “Game Guide Author. Real person. Building an army worthy of Mordor.” Dan is married to my fav fashion blogger here in Vegas @lollieshopping and they recently celebrated their Anniversary!
He helped me come to an understanding about why my hubby and son play on the xbox 360 so much. He informed me that I should not stand in front of the screen or try to climb in my husband’s lap while he is trying to reach the next level, he said something about letting him get to a safe place in the game. You’ll have to listen to our interview to get those details. Ok seriously, I do have a better understanding my husband uses it as a stress relief after working an 8 to 10 hour day it helps him to clear his mind. Kind of like me when I’m stressed out I grab a bottle of wine and head for the piano. Not to mention that I can’t really talk since I am usually in front of my lap top.
