You haven’t heard about Thirsty Girl Yet? Thirsty Girl is a new social network founded in 2010 by Leslie Sbrocco, a nationally-recognized wine and lifestyle expert from Sonoma, CA. Sbrocco is an Emmy-award winning television host on the PBS Show “Check Please Bay Area,” and a regular guest on NBC’s Today Show. Her book, Wine for Women, won the Georges DuBoeuf Best Wine Book of the Year award.
The goal of Thirsty Girl is to build a nationwide community of women online via social media, and offline via local TG Chapters, as they share their passion for libations, food, travel, shopping and fun. This Thirsty Girl LIVE! event is part of a multi-city national event tour with Sbrocco leading a series of entertaining tastings with seven partner wineries. Women with an interest in all things gastronomic can expect to learn about wine, connect with one another, and be inspired to live life to the fullest. As a national partner of Dress For Success, a portion of all ticket sales will go to support local DFS chapters.
