A couple of years ago I met Monique Harris of @Children1stNV (she’s still adjusting to “The Twitter” couldn’t resist the Betty White) and when was enlightened to what @Children1stNV does as a mother who has 4 girls (don’t gasp you guys know we have 5 kids between us aka blended) I started thinking what if, what if one of my girls found themselves in this position (not that I haven’t tried to install the fear of me in them like my Mom did to me, feisty little mexican, or teach them right from wrong aka abstinence) where would they turn?

Did you know that on any given day there are over 300 unaccompanied homeless youth, in Clark County alone. Let your mind do the wandering . . .

I Twove his Twitter bio: “Game Guide Author. Real person. Building an army worthy of Mordor.” Dan is married to my fav fashion blogger here in Vegas @lollieshopping and they recently celebrated their Anniversary!

He helped me come to an understanding about why my hubby and son play on the xbox 360 so much. He informed me that I should not stand in front of the screen or try to climb in my husband’s lap while he is trying to reach the next level, he said something about letting him get to a safe place in the game. You’ll have to listen to our interview to get those details. Ok seriously, I do have a better understanding my husband uses it as a stress relief after working an 8 to 10 hour day it helps him to clear his mind. Kind of like me when I’m stressed out I grab a bottle of wine and head for the piano. Not to mention that I can’t really talk since I am usually in front of my lap top.

Your Virtual Girl Friday is “Your Go 2 Girl 4 All Your Virtual Needs.” A Virtual Assistant specializing in Social Media Marketing and Internet Marketing.

So you are probably wondering whyYour Virtual Girl Friday decided to start  The Las Vegas Tweetup.  It was actually Kim Doyal’s idea aka The WordPress Chick , Kim had just had her first Tweetup for the Sanfrancisco Tweetup and she said you should see if  anyone has bought the domain name for Las Vegas.

Since I am one of those born and raised in the Las Vegas Valley I felt like a little kid in a candy store.  The Steak House has pictures of my old time Fav’s Kirk Douglas aka Spartacus, Elvis, etc… Then we went to the 30th floor where Elvis use to reside while here in Vegas.

If you couldn’t tell I’m kind of going with an Elvis theme here and in the old days The Hilton was His stomping grounds.  Perfect fit!
